- uses PHP/MYSQL
- registration
- upload photo + comment section
- email validation
- login, logout
- user updates / edits information
- access to parts of site AFTER paypal payment
- keeps track of last login, can send reminder emails


somebody who can makes this?

p.s i am not looking for software like Gallery or Coppermine.
